§ 8.00.04. Zoning approval.

No building or structure shall be erected and no existing building shall be moved, altered or enlarged until zoning approval has been issued by the building official. Except upon a written order of the planning and architectural board, no such zoning approval or certificate of occupancy shall be issued for any building where said construction, addition, or alteration or use thereof would be in violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance.
