§ 8.00.03. Building official.

This ordinance shall be enforced by the building official of the City of Flagler Beach or other such person as appointed by the city commission. If the city does not have a building official, all duties provided herein to be performed by the building official shall be performed by the city manager or his or her designee. No zoning approval or certificate of occupancy shall be issued by him or her except where all the provisions of this ordinance have been complied with.
