§ 6.00.05. Minimum elevation.

Latest version.

The minimum average elevation of any building site in any subdivision in the city shall be in accordance with the requirements of Sections 4.05.00 Flood Damage Prevention through Section 4.06.05, Standards for areas of shallow flooding. The owner is hereby required to see that this minimum elevation is attained before any construction is commenced.
