§ 6-41. Use charges.

A charge for the use of the Moody-Wickline Cultural Center, is hereby established to be as follows:

		"Great Room" (largest room)	Single Classroom or Lobby
(1)	Rental fee for one time use except for the groups described in 4, 5 & 6.	$40.00 per hr. or $160.00 per day (8 hr. max.)	$10.00 per hr. or $40.00 per day (8 hr. max.)
(2)	When used by a nonprofit organization.	$15.00 per hr.	$5.00 per hr.
(3)	Nonprofit organization that charges a fee or admission	$20.00 per hr.	$15.00 per hr.
(4)	Flagler Beach Community Service Organizations	No Charge	No Charge
(5)	Any group conducting City of Flagler Beach businesses	No Charge	No Charge
(6)	School Board of Flagler County	No charge, determined by Agreement with County	No charge, determined by Agreement with County

 

For the purpose of this section, a nonprofit organization is a 501(c)3 entity and must provide proof of such designation; an organization that charges a fee or admission is any organization or group of people, other than a 501(c)3 entity, that individuals must pay a fee to participate; and a Flagler Beach Service Organization will be determined by the city.
