§ 6-21. Fishing rods.

Use of Flagler Beach Pier shall be limited to one (1) fishing rod or pole per person. However, for an additional daily fee a second pole may be used. There will be a limit of twenty (20) second pole tickets issued per day and the continued use throughout the day of the second pole is at the discretion of the pier security guard without refund of the fee.
