§ 3-17. Consumption unlawful in specific places.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or to have in his possession, custody or control any alcoholic beverage if the same occurs in or upon the city hall complex site, Lots 4 through 7, Block 9, Moody Subdivision, or in or upon the old Flagler Beach school site, Blocks 53 and 58, Moody Subdivision, and the consumption on the streets and alleys adjacent thereto, being South 7th, South 9th and South Daytona.
