§ 3-1. Hours.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any business establishment to sell, dispense or distribute to the public any alcoholic beverage, as defined in F.S. chapter 561, except wine, beer and malt beverages, as defined in F.S. section 563.01, except during permitted hours of operation set forth as follows:

(1)

From 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following morning, Monday through Saturday;

(2)

From 1:00 p.m. Sunday to 2:00 a.m. Monday of each week.

(b)

Establishments holding beer and wine license only, under the state beverage department and the city, are permitted to sell beer and wine during the hours from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily including Sunday.
