§ 2-67. Officers.

(a)

Chair. Shall be voted by the membership for a one-year term. Shall preside over meetings and other activities as deemed appropriate. Shall report committee activities at the commission meetings.

(b)

Vice-chair. Shall be voted by the membership for a one-year term. Shall take over duties in the absence of the chair.
