§ 2-16. Compensation.

(a)

(b)

Supporting records required. To the extent that each commissioner and the mayor determines to designate such monies received from the city as expense reimbursement, such individual shall submit to the city adequate records supporting such designation, in a manner and form as may be required by the Internal Revenue Service.

(c)

Entire sum or part may be designated. The designation may include the entire sum to be paid to such commissioner or the mayor or any part thereof.
