§ 22-57. Work stoppage by building official.

If, in the opinion of the building official, poor construction practices or inferior materials are being used in the bulkhead, the work may be stopped by the building official. The unsatisfactory portion thereof shall be removed at the expense of the builder and the work shall then be allowed to proceed.
