§ 21-1. Application to do business.

Any person with the principal place of business in the city engaged in the business of transporting persons or property by taxi cabs, limousines or other modes of transportation shall make application therefor to the city in writing, signed by the applicant and the application shall contain the following:
(1)

Satisfactory proof that all necessary licenses and permits required by the city, state, the federal government and the county have been acquired.
