§ 18-20. Zoning.

No business tax receipt shall be issued until satisfactory evidence of proper city zoning for the business in which the applicant desires to engage is furnished to the city. No sign shall be erected until the applicant service receives the proper business tax receipt. No business tax receipt shall be issued to conduct any type of business on the Atlantic Ocean beach.
