§ 16-42. License required; responsibility of users.

No person shall be entitled to occupy the area designated in subsection 16-41(b) except upon the possession of a valid business tax receipt issued by the city clerk. All persons using the area shall be at all times responsible to the city for the maintenance of cleanliness and good order within the area. No vehicle of any nature whatsoever shall be left unattended in the aforementioned area between the hours of sunset and sunrise.
