§ 6.01.04. Criteria.

Minor subdivisions shall be reviewed and approved in accordance with the minimum lot requirements, infrastructure, access of a minimum twenty (20) feet abutting a dedicated public street and utility requirements of this Code of Ordinances. Nothing in this article shall permit the creation of any new lots which are in violation of the subdivision covenants or deed restrictions.
