§ 6.00.09. Period of validation.

Latest version.

An approved final subdivision plat shall be considered valid so long as:
(1)

Development has commenced and is continuing in good faith; or

(2)

Development is progressing in accordance with a schedule specified as part of the development approval; or

(3)

A period of inactivity has not occurred in excess of three (3) years.
