§ 6.00.03. Lot design standards.

The following standards shall apply to subdivisions within the city:
(1)

Lot Standards and Building Setbacks shall be in accordance with Section 2.04.02.9, Zoning Schedule Two; Lot, Yard and Bulk Regulations.

(2)

All public utility easements shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) feet in width.

(3)

All street blocks shall be a minimum of four hundred (400) feet in length.
