§ 5.03.65. Unoccupied buildings, disconnection, reconnection charge.

Any owner of an unoccupied building, so long as the building remains unoccupied, shall be entitled to have the sewer service disconnected by proper notification to the city. Any disconnection of the sewer service shall also require a disconnection of water service. Upon reconnection to the sewer system, the owner shall be required to pay a fee as outlined in Section 5.03.56.
