§ 5.03.20. Water service application; payment of connection fee, meter deposit.

All applications for building permits for new buildings requiring sanitary facilities shall be accompanied by a water service application on a form approved by the city administrator together with a connection fee in the amount as provided under Section 5.03.39, and a water meter deposit in the amount as provided under Section 5.03.39. The size and type of the water meter to be installed to service any building or site shall be determined by the city administrator or his designee.
