§ 4.00.13. Penalties.

Any violation of this article may be enforced by the special magistrate or code enforcement board and the violator may be ordered to pay a civil fine up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each day the violation continues past the date set for compliance and up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day for repeat violators, in addition to any applicable criminal penalties.
